1• Scout for potential who can be good advisors
2• Concentrate on recruitment, meet quarterly recruitment targets
3• Regular follow-up for obtaining necessary documentation
4• Make sure that the advisor attends the training program
5• Meet advisor activation target at the end of six months Accompanying the advisors on joint calls
6• Giving the confidence to advisor by demonstrating the sale
7• Giving on the job training to advisors
8• Make the advisor to give dummy presentations to test their level of selling skills
9• To draw up a monthly plan of targets
10• To break down the plan according to the potential of the insurance advisors
11• Keep the advisors motivated and on the job
12• Keep daily contacts with the advisors
13• Help them to sort out any problems faced by the advisors
14• Handling entire team of advisors
15• Business development through financial advisors

Compensation 2.5lacs to 5 lacs + reimbursement + Incentives
Education-Graduate or MBA
