• Deliver the store sales budget
• Deliver on all store KRA’s
• Manage entire store operations
• Motivate staff & the managerial team to ensure best possible output in terms of sales & customer service
• Be a one point contact for all requirements related to the store thereby coordinating with the HO/external agencies
• Maintain the highest level of integrity & ensure implementation of all set processes in order to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Head Office (HO) to ensure availability of merchandise at all times
