If anyone is working in D-mart, can you tell me about the work experience there?

D mart is an organization started by Radhakishan Damani.

People come here to buy goods at fair prices. There is a 5 to 7% discount on everything here.

The brothers have thought of everything here. They set up shop in crowded places in every city.

Here workers will not get any facilities except water for free.

Don't think your father opened a grocery store.

Even if you eat one rupee worth of chocolate here, you have to pay the bill to the employees.

Here we have to work for 8 to 9 hours. Avoid doing this exercise if you have back pain.

All the employees bring their cans from home and there is a break of half an hour.

You should not expect high salary here.

Here we are given salary from 7000 to 9000.

Here sometimes people have to scold people because things are cheap so the crowd is high and the bill goes up.

There is a lot of rush during billing and it affects the workers who are there because they get less money and if there is a mistake in some calculation, then the workers have to pay from the salary.

If you look at poor employees, there are some students, housewives who need money. They do these things in their free time. But due to the pressure of work, many people leave in a few days.

We have a lot of work on Sundays.

According to me, working here is not difficult but you can do it for a few days if needed.

Don't expect your employment to increase much here.

Even if there is a mistake of a couple of rupees in the calculation, you will have to pay from your own pocket. Think what will happen if you get Rs 1000 less from the customer. I have heard many such cases. It is already very crowded and sometimes it gets distracting.

Working in DMART means there is no doubt that we will buy these items after seeing the discounts there and collect the unnecessary items and donate whatever salary we have to DMART.

In this way, Damani brothers have presented this game in which the workers are working according to the rules of neither profit nor loss.

Big people take such advantage of people and again some come and support them. Be true. We have our own way of thinking. Should people become owners of a small business or should they become servants in a big company maintaining their false reputation. It's all in your hands. When we expect less, we want less.

Market pricing is an art. Now you have to decide if you want to become a brand or spend your life putting in small amounts of time. If you lower your price, more people will buy you at a lower price. We have to decide for ourselves what the quality is.

Explain how you plan for urban living and expenses.

In my opinion this is evhde money too little. It can be divided like this

Rs 9000 salary will come at the beginning i.e. 1st of the month

Room Rent : 2500

Mess rent : 3000

Travel expenses Rs.20 per day for 30 days = 600

Entertainment : 1000 per month

If there is any addiction : Cigarette tobacco 25 to 30 rupees per day = 750

Eating out at any hotel = 500

Two times tea 20*30 = 600

Daily breakfast 20*30 = 600

Now tell me how much you will send home?

thank you
